Before you pay

I understand that this is a limited-scope mandate: only the services indicated as included on the “60-minute consultation” listing will be rendered, for CA$329, and a written agreement will be sent to me for electronic signature (Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers, s. 31). The agreement is drawn up in French (Charter of the French Language, s. 55); a courtesy translation may accompany it. *I have read the privacy policy and I consent to my information being used to process my order (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, ss. 8 and 14). *I accept that closed-loop artificial intelligence tools help prepare my file, under the supervision and validation of the lawyer, who remains solely responsible for the work delivered. No decision concerning me is made by an automated system without human intervention (Law 25, s. 12.1). Optional — unchecking slows down processing.

Secure payment by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). An invoice is sent to you before the charge; you receive the receipt by email.
