    Fixed price, taxes included. The invoice comes before payment; you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    You receive your link

    By email, and by text message if you left a number. It opens your tracking page, on phone or computer, for the whole life of the file.

    You sign the agreement

    One page: what is included, what is not, the price. Electronic signature, from your phone.

    You upload your documents

    Photo or PDF, at your own pace. Your service page says which ones are useful.

    You collect the signed document

    The lawyer reviews and signs; you download the document, and the proof of sending or filing when the service includes one.

What never changes

  • Each document is reviewed and signed by a lawyer, member of the Barreau du Québec, before it is delivered to you.
  • Invoice before payment, written mandate agreement, price held 90 days.
  • Your information is used for your file only; the privacy policy names every provider that processes it; you can request access to it or its deletion (Law 25).

All-inclusive prices in Canadian dollars: GST, QST and, where indicated, government and delivery fees included. Each listing specifies the services included, those that are not, and those that may be required in addition. Price list in force since 13 octobre 2026, held for at least 90 days (Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers, ss. 146 to 148). Limited-scope mandate (s. 31) confirmed by a written agreement before work begins. A lawyer who is a member of the Barreau du Québec reviews and signs every file.
