Loi sur les permis d'alcool (P-9.1), art. 55
« Un permis est révoqué de plein droit si le titulaire ne se conforme pas à l'article 53 ou 54 […] Cette révocation a effet à compter de la date anniversaire de la délivrance de ce permis. »

Faute de se conformer aux articles 53 et 54 (dont le paiement du droit annuel) ou de payer une sanction administrative, le permis est révoqué de plein droit à sa date anniversaire ; la Régie peut y renoncer si le titulaire justifie d'une excuse raisonnable et paie le droit annuel et la sanction.

La société ou la personne morale titulaire transmet à la Régie, sur le formulaire prescrit, tout changement parmi les personnes visées à l'article 38 (administrateurs, actionnaires), dans les dix jours du changement.
