- Loi sur le Barreau, art. 128 (1) c)
What is included

- Preparation for electronic signature
What is not included
- Negotiating with the other party or its advisers
- Review of a contract drafted by the other party (SME Shield subscription or consultation)
- Tax advice
What might be added
- Complex clauses (purchase options, valuation mechanisms, more than 4 shareholders): fixed quote communicated before any additional work.
Any additional service is announced at a fixed price, in writing, before it is undertaken.
Three steps.
- 1
You complete the questionnaire for the chosen type of contract.
- 2
The lawyer drafts the first version; you comment.
- 3
Final version delivered, ready for electronic signature.
You follow each step in your client area. The LIORMA team prepares; the lawyer advises, validates and signs. No decision concerning you is made without human review.
What the law says

Why not a free template?+
A template knows nothing about your lease, your partners or your municipality. The clauses that matter (termination, renewal, a shareholder's exit) are the ones a template leaves blank.
All-inclusive prices in Canadian dollars: GST, QST and, where indicated, government and delivery fees included. Each listing specifies the services included, those that are not, and those that may be required in addition. Price list in force since 13 octobre 2026, held for at least 90 days (Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers, ss. 146 to 148). Limited-scope mandate (s. 31) confirmed by a written agreement before work begins. A lawyer who is a member of the Barreau du Québec reviews and signs every file.
