Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, through the link in your invitation, from your tracking page or by email, with a full refund. With less than 24 hours' notice or in case of no-show, the slot was reserved for you and the consultation is not refunded; a courtesy reschedule may be granted once in case of a serious impediment.

You choose a service, answer a few eligibility questions, describe your situation and pay the invoice. You immediately receive a personal tracking link, the engagement agreement to sign online and the list of documents to upload. The lawyer reviews, signs and delivers the result within the time stated on the service page.

Everything you provide within an engagement (description, documents, meeting) is protected by lawyer-client privilege. General information exchanges with Sara before an order are there to guide you; they are handled confidentially but do not yet create a lawyer-client relationship.
