  1. 1

You answer the questionnaire and upload your documents; your client area tells you what is missing.

  2. 2

The LIORMA team completes the Régie's official forms; the lawyer reviews and signs; you approve.

  3. 3

We submit the file to the Régie by power of attorney, you pay the duties directly, and we follow each exchange until the decision.

You follow each step in your client area. The LIORMA team prepares; the lawyer advises, validates and signs. No decision concerning you is made without human review.

What the law says

Excerpts of the law are reproduced in their official French version; the explanation that follows is translated.

The Régie issues, modifies and transfers permits; each application follows a prescribed form, with required documents and payable duties. An incomplete file is returned and the clock starts again.

Operating under the permit after the sale without having applied for the temporary operating authorization required by the Act (s. 79) results in a CA$500 penalty; the application is made before taking possession.
