Declare a change of director, shareholder or address to the Régie

The law gives you 10 days to notify the Régie of a change of director or shareholder. We complete the declaration and submit it.

Régie duties and fees: Not included: paid by you to the Régie, at the published rate in force; RACJ — Frais et droits payables (secteur de l'alcool)

The company or legal person holding the permit sends the Régie, on the prescribed form, any change among the persons referred to in section 38 (directors, shareholders), within ten days of the change.

RACJ hearing preparation

You received a notice of intended sanction or a notice of hearing. We analyze the evidence from the Régie's litigation branch, prepare your testimony and your written submissions; your company's officer appears alone, prepared.

Time limit to object to a notice from the Régie: 30 days
